    Definitely hoping i am as successful as you! Same height at about 20lbs heavier then when you started but im hoping to look as good as you do in the same amount of time :smiley:

    Ermm tips wise-

    Weigh what I eat
    Log everything I eat
    Cut DOWN on the crap (not cut out)
    Eat more fruit and veg
    Exercise more

    Congratulations Rosie you look great. Remember you still have a goal - maintaining your weight which can be very hard, if not harder than getting there in the first place.

    Just a reminder to our friends in the US/Canada and other parts of the world, in the UK we usually use stones and pounds or kg. 1 stone = 14 lb. 1kg = 2.2lb.

    I think the best thing about me losing the weight with myfitnesspal is that I know so much more about diet and exercise than before! I know what BALANCE means and its not going for a run once a month then thinking i can eat triple the calories back at mcdonalds and still lose weight!! Hoping that keeps me in good stead to maintain! :)
