Newbie, starting a new journey

Hi! I'm new, and love this site so far. I've tried many crash diets in the past, and am determined to do things the healthy way this time (hopefully to keep of the weight for good!). I went from a size 8 to an 18 in 2 years, and am hoping this is going to be the right motivation to get back to where I was! This community seems really supportive and cool,
I look forward to being part of it! :)

    I can truly relate to your post. There is not a diet out there that I haven't tried or dreamed about. I have been on here, fell off and now I'm back. I can honestly say that seeing what I eat and monitoring what I do or don't do lol helps to keep me going. I mean if I get off track it helps to see that I need to do more exercise, it is also very rewarding when I am healthily under my calorie goal and I'm not starving :) I am enjoying trying new things, cooking new ways and sharing things with people on the site. If you feel led I would love to connect with you as well

    welcome this is an awesome place to be.... NO CRASH DIETING here, just simple calories in vs calories out and exercise.
