Hi everyone!
I'm new and looking forward to losing some baby weight. I'm curious how if I calculated my caloric intake properly for a breastfeeding mom or if I'm being too ambitious. My recommended intake for the loss I'm looking for is 1,200 calories. I upped it to 1,500 keeping in mind that breastfeeding supposedly burns 600 calories a day (I don't believe this).
Anyone else here in the same boat?
Thanks!
