Hi everyone.
I'm 24yrs old and have a weight loss goal of 96lbs by 26.08.2015.Sounds very daunting at this stage but I have the mind set that I will achieve this.
I would love to add people to keep each other motivated x :D

I also have 90 pounds to lose. Please feel free to add if you'd like. I like people that are active user of MFP.

Trust me when I tell you it feels very dreading because 90 pounds is so far away so what I have done is broken my goals down. Right now my ticker reads that my goal is to lose 30 pounds. I didn't chose 30 pounds purposely. It's just one of the milestones for me.

New here myself. I have at least 25lbs to lose but would like to ideally lose 50! I'm starting with 25 so it doesn't seem so daunting. We are a family that likes to hike and backpack. We are planning to do 40 miles of trail from New Found Gap to Davenport Gap in the Smoky Mountains this summer. We did from Fontana Dam to New Found gap in 2013. I have put on some pounds since then and want to get rid of them for good. I keep losing and gaining back...ugh...I get so mad at myself because it is so hard to lose and then I just get off track so easily. I'm hoping this myfitnesspal and Steps to Good Health along with my new Garmin vivofit will help keep me on track....hoping for us all to stay motivated during 2015...oh yes....my son is getting married in April! So I have another goal to get down slimmer for the wedding!
  • So glad that there's so many people with kind motivating words. For some reason it won't allow me to add people. So if anyone wants to go ahead and add me feel free, it wil be great to have people there to get us through any rough times :)
