Strong Curves - 4x/wk

I'm reading through Strong Curves right now. When he shows the four workouts a week schedule, he lists the schedule as
Day 1 - workout A
Day 2 - workout B
Day 3 - cardio or HIIT
Day 4 - workout C
Day 5 - workout A
Day 6 - cardio or HIIT
Day 7 - rest
He doesn't go into the next week. Is the rotation supposed to continue with workout B or is workout A always done on the first and fifth days?
