Anyone doing the "Body By You" Strength Program?

I wondered if anyone on this forum is doing the program from the home strength training program in the book "Body By You". I saw some old postings in groups but they don't seem active. I wondered if there was anyone else interested in this program or has done it. It would be great to exchange questions/answers etc.

I haven't done Body By You, but I have done You Are Your Own Gym, which is done by the same people, and I assume the program is similar. It's a good but somewhat complicated program. I got frustrated because I had a lot of trouble performing some of the progressions (like pistol squats), and it was easier for me to change to a free weight program.
I hear there is a You Are Your Own Gym app that people really like. I can imagine a good app would make the program a lot easier to do. If I were to start YAYOG again, I'd definitely track down the app.0 -
