Why two pounds per week? What is your height, weight, age?
What you've provided so far is just going to generate random numbers.0 -
It depends on how long and how often you exercise. If you exercise 7 days a week and burn 500 calories each day, that's 3500 for a lb a week weight loss. So if you eliminate an additional 3500 calories from your diet, you should be able to lose 2lbs a week.0

Two pounds per week is extremely aggressive with somewhere in the range of 40-50 pounds to a healthy weight ... one, maybe one and a half at the max, makes a lot more sense. At your height, age, and current weight ... BMR is around 1656 ... that puts your RMR at 1987 if sedentary ... meaning you can eat around 1487 without exercise for one pound per week loss (all those numbers are approximations and intake requires accurate logging).0
