Anyone know of any resources/tips for a good HIIT or body weight training routine. Something to do around the house when I can't make it to the gym?

@hamburgerthighs as a fitness fanatic, and professional athlete, I actually quietly endorse Insanity. It's great cardio, and overall fitness. Actually helped me in my all around athletic performance. For a less strenuous workout if you feel you're starting from the beginning, T25 is a good starter program.0
