What excersise do I check on here when using T25?

    Calisthenics, vigorous effort or Aerobics, high impact (depending on the workout) will get you close enough for government work.

    If you wear a HR monitor you can create your own. For example , T25 TBC 25 minutes 245 calories. Your individual calorie burn will depend on your weight ht and intensity ie heart rate and sweat
