    Hi I am another Aussie living in Darwin, my husband bought me the garmin vivofit band for Christmas, I am also another on and off again user of fitness pal and found that if I dont write what I eat down, it just doesnt work. I need to shift the 3kg I put on over Xmas before I go back to work, looking forward to hearing everyones progress
