Life changes. .. I am facing so many changes in my life...but it all has to start here...

    I have been what my medical chart says... grossly overweight. .. practically my whole life. I have a bad habit of eating once a a day... one meal... sometimes healthy.. sometimes not...

    I recently lost my job of 14 years... a job I loved... with my age... regardless of experience... my weight... and throw in an extremely painful knee... my chances of finding a decent job have plummeted.

    Of I am going to beat those little life changing events... I need to change me... and my health...

    So here it starts. ...
