    Check out Skinnytaste. I believe she has an entire section of vegetarian recipes. I also like Knead to Cook's blog.

    I had the best vegetarian breakfast today that maybe took 5 mins :) I had sautaed onions red pepper mushroom and tomatoes with 1 beaten egg mixed in the pan and salt and pepper to taste :) makes my tummy happy haha

    I think it depends what you are into. Do you go for soya proteins, tofus etc?

    Ohsheglows.com is one of my faves. Vegan, I think she does a lot of gluten free too.

    I just made a really yummy kale dish today. Combined 200g kale, 1/4c quinoa, 30g dried fruit, 2tbs dried vegetable soup mix. I cooked the quinoa separate from the rest, just to make sure it absorbed all the water, then stirred everything together.
