I had the best vegetarian breakfast today that maybe took 5 mins I had sautaed onions red pepper mushroom and tomatoes with 1 beaten egg mixed in the pan and salt and pepper to taste makes my tummy happy haha0

I just made a really yummy kale dish today. Combined 200g kale, 1/4c quinoa, 30g dried fruit, 2tbs dried vegetable soup mix. I cooked the quinoa separate from the rest, just to make sure it absorbed all the water, then stirred everything together.0
