I guess most of the things I eat/drink are high fat and low protein compared to what they should be, how can I correct that?

Chose protein sources that have less fat if you want to lower your fat intake. As long as you are within you calories, you can still lose weight, even eating a high fat diet.0

Add a protein powder to a high fatty drink if you don't want to give it up, given that your goals allow for it. Otherwise, small alterations should help you reach your health goals.0
