Happy New Year, everyone!

I just tried out this recipe and thought I'd share it. I found it in another user's thread and tried it out today. I made home made chicken stock for it and it turned out beautifully. I doubled the recipe and added a little extra flour for thickness, then pureed it in a blender. I had two servings and it filled me up completely! It was perfect on a chilly day like today. Even my husband enjoyed it and he's not a huge "healthy eating" fan.
