Sick of yo-yo dieting on weight watchers so trying something different using this app. It would be great to exchange some moral support.

    Welcome. I have two boys and work part time - never a dull moment! I use MFP in a similar way to weight watchers- no forbidden foods, just sensible eating with portion control. Good luck with your healthy eating.
  • Hi I'm too trying mfp as I've been doing weight watchers on and off for 3 years or so all thou I reached my goal but since then have put on most of my weight back on over the last two weeks I'm a working mum of two but I find it hard at work as I work in a restaurant and I can help my self to food and drink like starbucks coffee cakes and biscuits . Maybe we can support each other. I'm thinking of join slimming world if this don't work out .

    Hi...i am193 pound mom of two.. and i want to start too ..i ve been the last four years dieting ..lose couple of bounds and getting them again ...i hope we encourage each other to keep on the track and reach our goal

    My advice:
    • Purchase a food scale
    • Log consistently and honestly
    • Drink plenty of water
    • Eat enough fat and protein
