I've lost and kept off 152lbs by tracking and exercise... Took 3 years to lose. If I can do it, anyone can! Best of luck!!!0

Everything I've learned in 3 years…
I am a constant work in progress. I have ups and downs. No matter what I keep at it. I don't believe in fad diets or quick fixes. I don't believe in detoxes or cleanses. I believe in being brutally honest, maybe with a touch of snark.
It's a lifestyle change NOT a diet.
Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it's always your choice.
-Wayne Dyer
It's about moderation not deprivation. There are no good/bad foods, only bad eating habits. Do or do not, there is no try. You have to want it, you have to work for it, you have to realize that only you can do it.

My message is that it doesn't have to be tough. People choose to make it tough. I chose not to. I lost about 40 pounds last year. It was what i had to lose. It was easy and i really enjoyed it. I want everyone to be able to enjoy losing weight the easy way. The enjoyable way.
Of course i do know that some other people might have a few challenges that i didn't. I had plenty of time on my hands. So if one has a busy life, its going to be a little harder than it was for me. If one has diabetes, then its tough to lose weight. Or, rather perhaps just a bit slower. Same for those who are insulin resistant.
Its difficult for people who have to take medication taht makes them gain weight.
Its difficult for people who want to make a change to the way they eat and yet are surrounded by people who undermine their efforst all the time by shoving food in their faces or tempting them by just by eating bad stuff in their presence all the time.
Its tough if you are depressed or have any major mental health issues.
I can't think of any other real reasons why it needs to be tough.
if you want to pick up tips from me how it can be easy, then be my friend. I'm always open to giving advice, tips encouragement.0
