Husband and I just started this January 1st. We are trying to eat healthy and drink lots of water. We started walking 2miles a day in 2 sessions. Need some meal ideas etc?

    Check out skinnytaste.com. Her recipes are geared to weight watchers but she has all the nutrional data listed. Most everything I've made from there has been really good and well received by the non-healthy eaters in my family.
