22yrs old, mom, and need motivation

Hello,

Im completly new to this. I am a 22 yr old mother and I want to lose weight (or at least tone my body.) I am 4"11 and weigh about 135lbs. After pregnacy I couldn't seem to lose weight but again I don't know how to eat healthy. Hope someone can help me and guide me through the right healthy path. Please add me and maybe we can set goals together.
