started insanity on 12/29/2014 anyone else?

so im starting another round of insanity doubled up today which will bring me to week1 of month 1 this isnt my first time i always got results before however will be doing it without following meal plan and without thyroid meds for the first month looking for others have family n frie ds joining me on this journey

    Why are you going off your thyroid meds? Would you tell a Type 1 diabetic to stop taking insulin?

    Well just be carefull and take it easy this is my second time after my a 60 days started in aril last year
