Sick of yo-yo dieting on weight watchers so trying something different using this app. It would be great to exchange some moral support.

Welcome. I have two boys and work part time - never a dull moment! I use MFP in a similar way to weight watchers- no forbidden foods, just sensible eating with portion control. Good luck with your healthy eating.0

Hi I'm too trying mfp as I've been doing weight watchers on and off for 3 years or so all thou I reached my goal but since then have put on most of my weight back on over the last two weeks I'm a working mum of two but I find it hard at work as I work in a restaurant and I can help my self to food and drink like starbucks coffee cakes and biscuits . Maybe we can support each other. I'm thinking of join slimming world if this don't work out .

My advice:
- Purchase a food scale
- Log consistently and honestly
- Drink plenty of water
- Eat enough fat and protein
