Hi all! My name is Brooke. I've used MFP before and love the accountability of it. I lost 22 pounds my first time around but have really fallen off the band wagon and gained most of it back. I'm ready for a fresh start and am looking for friends to motivate each other. Add me or say hello!

My goal is to ultimately lose 40-50 pounds and get healthier. I'll be doing Insanity max 30 along with tracking. I love to snack (constantly) which is a big reason for my weight gain, I'm hoping to learn to keep it in check!

    Hi, I am in the same boat. Been on here for a year and need to keep going. I want friends who are working to lose weight. I deleted my last account because I had fitness trainers with fantastic bodies on there who were 20 years younger than me. Not very motivating, it actually had the opposite effect.

    Hi Brooke. I can relate... I used MFP once before & loved the accountability as well. I was also at a happier weight, but like you, I fell off the band wagon & have gained it all back plus more.

    Hi! I'm starting over as well (sigh)... hoping to lose the MOST STUBBORN 15-20# ever! It's extremely hard for me to lose weight, and I have a plateau about every 5 pounds! Motivation/reassurance is something I need! Would love to return the favor :)
