Fat Dad in forties looking for pals.. Again

Hello all i'm not new but been here before a couple of years ago and lost 3 stone! Yep you guessed it I then put it all back on again. This time i'm in need of some extra friends to help me along the way. So if you're an overweight Dad in his early forties or indeed anyone really whos looking for mutual support then please add me as a friend. I live in South east London Uk and would be nice to have friends both locally and anywhere else for that matter. Just need some regular support and encouragement as I seem to start for a week or two then fail miserably. Im also trying out the 5:2 diet that looks interesting!
