I am looking for people currently using or thinking about Carb Cycling. Today is my first day and I know this will be hard for me.

    i read it last summer when I really started to get interested, but didn't actually get serious until now. I think I may need to pick it back up. I have read other literature about it and printed off some cheat sheets. Classic for me as well
