    I need to lose over 100 lbs., but I'm setting several 10 lb. goals until I get there.

    my goal is 10lbs but mainly want to tone up! I had my son 5 years ago so the "baby weight" excuse don't work anymore :(

    Hi I'm Dwanner and I'm new here. My goal is to lose 100 lbs. It's been very hard. I will lose some weight then gain it back plus some. Hopefully I can find some friends and motivators to keep me going.
