I am starting with a new profile. I want a fresh start. Although I have to say I had made some amazing people on this program, I want to feel that I am starting from scratch.

First time around- I was new to MFP and I started at 200 (size 16) pounds and successfully lost weight with proper tracking, walking, and eventually jogging after six months. I lost a total of fifty pounds. My lowest weight was 138.5 (size 6 pants, size 8 dress) and I felt like a rock star.

Second time around- I was off MFP and I got up to 148. I wanted to lose the ten pounds I put on but with work and stress I didn't push myself hard enough to keep tracking

Third time (right now)- I have been extremely stressed at work the past six months and I am now up to 162 (size 10 pants, size 12 dress). This is depressing for me because I worked so hard to lose the weight. I don't have clothes that fit anymore which makes it hard. I am also TTC and going through IVF method next month. Work is still a bit stressful but finally getting some kind of rhythm.

So here I go again....one day at a time. The next month I have a goal to lose 7-8 pounds to keep it realistic.

I am going to start a 30 day challenge. I would like to video tape myself (for my own personal diary) and see if that would motivate me as well. Damn, why cant cabbage taste like a plate of nachos.

Would anyone like to add me?

    Hi there,
My first time ever using this fitness pal. However not the first time at trying to lose and keep off the same thirty pounds for past nine years. When I was sixteen I got off thirty pounds over five months eating healthy and living at the gym, which I eventually craved the " high" from running! Kept off all thirty pounds until I went to university where I gained about forty 0unds over the four years due to complete lack of exercise and way too much take out and drinking. Second time at weight loss, I went to bed one night and decided I was ready for change, for the next three months it eas like a whole new person took over my body and I watched everything I ate and had myself running 7 k almost every day along with other workout am I love running! Got myself down to 129lbs and felt amazing and kept it off for two years.
Third time, here I am now back up to almost 160lbs & am determined to get down to 128 lbs before my wedding in Sept 2015. Also running a 10k is my fitness goal.
Like I said iv never done anything online with weight loss but thought I'd give this a try &would love a fitness pal to help keep me motivated!
