How I log a crossfit workout session?

I have been doing crossfit... and the workout contains usually 7-10 different exercises done in a progamatic manner. I found nothing when searching for "crossfit"... should i enter each manually? Things like wall balls (tossing medicine ball to target on the wall 20 times) isn't listed... any suggestions for a quick and easy way to get my crossfit workouts accounted for?

This is a good one...... The only way I can figure out how to add the WOD is just enter the total calories burned based on my Bluetooth Heart Monitor..... Still working on this....0

Calisthenics or cross training. I used an HRM for a year, so now I just log that average which was about 375 per hour workout. I'm 5'4, 136.0

^ agreed. and another thing to offer: if the WoD is a real ball-buster and is 8 minutes, log the 8 minutes as more intense movement than the warm up, skill, warm down, etc. break it into segments, if you would like that level of tracking. otherwise, what PRM said, totally. ca 10-15 kcal/min under full go0
