does any body know any low kcal meals with no veggies

chicken breast with a cup of white rice equals out to 454 calories add half a hard boiled egg to it and your at like 500 even . it should be pretty filling. if you and spices like pepper to the rice while you cook it it helps it tast better with out needing butter or soy sauce but the coupled with you drinking two glasses of water before you eat will be pretty filling.
