30 to go and need help sticking to it

I am 71 years old and have lost 40 lbs. using myfitnesspal. However for the last 3 months I have done nothing but lose two gain two, lose two gain two. I cannot seem to stay on track for more than 2 days then I binge. Can anyone help please?

What do you think could be triggering the binge? Are you not eating enough on your "on track" two days? Are you bored with your usual "on track" foods?0

I think bored and stressed and just giving in to trigger foods. This morning I planned my day of eating and hope that will make it go a little smoother. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you0
