I'm looking for some company to help encourage me after the dreaded holiday bulge that I seem to have acquired. Over indulgence is a speciality of mine but I'm determined that I will be healthy. I have used this app for ages but I've been awaky for a while so please add me to give me the kick up the butt I need!
