ive read a few places that u dont notice much of a difference within the first 30 days but the last two rounds u really see it. i missed a few days last week, so im redoing my week three now. and i do see differences, however, i also spend a lot of the time in the gym with the p90x so im not sure where the results are coming from. for anybody who is either doing the system, or completed it, when did u really notice a change in ur body??

I'm following the lean schedule and have been noticing some changes since I started (in week 4).0

I'm doing the Lean schedule and didn't see much until wk 8. Finished round 1 and definitely see differences!0

Well Im doing P90X for the 5TH TIME, honestly if you dont follow the nutrition plan it takes a little bit longer (granted it does still work), on a brighter note Im in better shape now than when I left Parris Island.0

I took pictures day 1, day 30, day 60, and day 90,
When you look at the side by side you can see a difference. I guess it all depends on what type of shape you are in to begin with. I was 214, no muscle tone what so ever. After two rounds, 180 days, I was down to 182 with visible abs. A 4 pack no 6 pack. Just keep going, trust the program. Hit the workouts hard and the nutrition the same and the results will be there in the end

P90x Day 24 Round 50 -
Just finishing up my 3rd round. Down from 205 to 155. Taking a break until June and starting round 4.
One thing I can give you advice on if you don't know already is to follow the diet guide as closely as possible. I use MFP to track macros. Go to Goals->Custom Goals-> and add the calories P90X tells you along with your macro percentages for what phase you are in. Visible results ie fat loss is 90% diet. Your fitness results are the physical effort you put into it.
Make sure you EAT your allotted calories. 1800, 2400, or 3000 depending on how big you are now. P90X is physically demanding and the quickest way to sabotage your results is to think 'well they told be to eat this much so I'll eat half and get twice the results!' it ain't gonna happen.
I just got advice from the BB staff on my calories. I'm male, 5'5", 155, 13% bf (stuck there for this past round, my goal is sub10%). They told me to up my calories to 3000+ this next round. You gotta feed the machine.0
