Honestly, you only need to eat the way you did before (if you were on track to lose/gain/maintain) and add in an extra 300 calories a day.

  • I was wanting to lose. I've already gained 15lbs. I'm 215. I wanna be 160. I was 2 1/2 years ago. So how many should I allow myself? I put in my weight, my goal, I get no exercise (desk job)..and it gave me 1700. I'm hungry all tha time too. So I need some good options that keep me full. I drink over a gallon of water a day too.

What kinds of foods do you eat?

I know what you mean. I am actually 26 1/2 weeks pregnant. I started off with morning sickness and during my 2nd trimester I haven't been making the best of food choices. I have decided to get back on track. I spoke with my OB and she told me to make sure my heart rate doesn't go over a certain number.
So I have been walking and doing small jogs in between and yoga. Back to eating healthy.
While you may not see lbs coming off on the scale you will stop yourself from adding unnecessary weight and will be able to bounce back post delivery.
    Good Luck
  • Oh okay. Thank you. I need to get back to exercisin too.
  • This mornin, breakfast was a whole wheat bagel (250 cal), 2 tbsp peanut butter (210 cal), 1 medium banana (105 cal), and 16 oz orange juice (210 cal).

I´m 6 weeks gone and paranoid that I´m gonna put on loads of weight. Have you been successful in keeping weight gain to a minimum using the app?
  • I just started back today.
