I am wanting to start Paleo (best I can with a family of 6). Can someone recommend the best book to start? I'm hoping to order it today.

    My niece loves the Practical Paleo...she loves the recipes even more. She keeps sending me photos of what she's preparing. So now I'm going to have to buy the book. :)

    Books are very un.-paleo. Try cave paintings.

    I was wondering the same thing! I will have to look for this book. With the food allergies in our family I think that a paleo book might be really useful for some food ideas.

    I find the books Against all grain and practical paleo are the best ones for begginners.

    Thank you all for your input. I'm not going 100% paleo because it's just not practical for my busy life and family but I am trying to adopt most of its ideals.
