Hey ya'll!! Been here before, but looking to get back into the swing of things. This 37 year old woman has got to get her life back on track and get this weight off!! Glad to be back here with all of you fine folks!!

    Hello all, I am just getting back again... been off a few months and gained back 0 of the 15lbs I got rid of last July!

    Hey there I've just rejoined. Been off for months logged in today just to see if I could put the healthy life up a geer again by logging my sins. I've managed to lose 22lbs since last logging in but now it's hard and I could do with the moral support
