Stuck - need some friends, please

Hi,

I've been doing this for a good 2 months now, and it all went great in the beginning. Now I've been stuck on the same weight for 4-5 weeks, and am getting very, very frustrated. And bored of only seeing my own messages all the time :-). Would love to find some friends to keep me on track!

    sometimes you have to switch up the way u are doing things. Cause if you dont you normal routine becomes what your body knows and you wont drop anymore weight... You have to trick your body. So you can add somthing new a cople times a week...

    me too ! I'm really frustrated as well. I took off 10 pounds fairly easily and then have stayed there for weeks. I've been exercising 5-6 days a week and I can really see a change in my stamina and what I can do physically but my weight hasn't budged. Really don't want to focus on the numbers on the scale and I'm proud that I'm feeling so much better but I still could use some motivation/advice....
