Hi Back on Mfp after a year off and need to lose what ive put back on :( so would like some friends to help me on my journey

    Im back too. I gained back all the weight it took me two years to lose. I wish the picture on my profile was what I looked like now. But 20lbs back up. I am ready to start again.
