hey guys! other than glorious workout endorphins, i think my favorite part of being healthy is finding delicious and healthy recipes. i'd like to know some of your favs! pictures and numbers encouraged!

one of my favorite light high-protein meals right now is a butter lettuce salad with sauteed chicken, pine nuts, avocado, and shaved parmesan with a balsamic vinaigrette.

    Salads with a ton of flavor are my favorite - this is strawberry, walnuts, boursin garlic cheese, light champagne vinaigrette... Mmmmmm :)

    Shredded turkey breast with just a bit of crumbled bacon, sauteed with julienne red bell peppers, chopped spinach, and minced garlic. Squeeze on a bit of lemon juice right at the end. It's essentially a "leftovers" meal. Forego the lemon juice and add eggs and this becomes an omelet worthy of a bed and breakfast.
