    I would love to help you. My name is Beth. I am 223 and looking to go to 170. I have fought the weight loss battle for most of my life and I find I am having a more difficult time as I get older. I will try to post daily, and help all I can. Good luck

    Try the "Getting Started" and "Introduce Yourself" sections. There are a LOT of people who are getting started and looking for others to help them kick things off! :)
