The change. Day 1

So Today marks day one of the change. It's a little thing i'd like to call a complete body image/personality make-over xD. I wanted to blog about it because I want everyone to know what i'm going to be doing over the next 5 month's (till my bday) on my journey to lose 124lbs.....It's alot of weight i know lol. My first goal is to weight 230 by june 8th.I'll weight myself on the 8th of everymonth to do my weigh-in. First things first no more over eating and eating really unhealthy foods. Also im going ot be putting my "why i want to lose wight" list on here.
To feel and look amazing
to finally be happy with myself
to be skinnier then my b/f
i don't want to be fat when i get married
shopping spee's
be healthier
have a ton of self confidence
be able to wear what i want
buying a bikini
to feel like a million bucks
Now i know a few of those are sort of similar but to me each one has it's own personal meaning and reason for being on the list.I hope some of you will share your lists with me and maybe embark on this journey of a 5 month weight loss.

It is a life style, im just talking about it 5 month's at a time.0 -
I chose to do the same thing, however i started eating right and writing it al down on monday.
I just needto get my butt exercising, however i feel liek if i can stick it out a week eating right then maybe next week ill slowly add in exercising so i dont feel liek its all to much on me...
add me if yopu want we can do it together?0 -
That's like what im doing,Im just writing mine everyday because i'm blogging about it and i'm also writing it in a notebook. lol kind of like my own book about my life xD0

My advice?
Don't put too much pressure on yourself to do it by such and such date. I feel like if you are too rigid with your expectations you'll set yourself up to fail. Be understanding that you didn't put that weight on in 5 months and it may take far longer than 5 months to take it back off. Don't get discouraged if it doesn't go exactly as you want it to, okay?0 -

I just don't want you to get discouraged - that's all. I didn't set a time frame for myself when I lost it -- figured I didn't gain it all quickly, I wouldn't lose it all quickly. I'm glad I didn't set a time frame, because it's been a long tough road. Worth it. But tough.0
