    Struggle: I used food as a crutch when I was upset Saturday, by the next day I took back control assessed where I went wrong and reset.

    Success: I've teamed up with a friend who is willing to push me and take up swimming with me at the weekends.

    Goal weight: +\- 120 lbs is my overall goal which is around, from what I've heard, the average ideal weight for a woman. I am more concerned though with the inches around my tummy than my weight so that might change as I lose weight and start seeing a figure lol.

    Struggles or successes for the week: So many leftovers from Christmas and New Years Eve; stress eating from all the family gatherings because I have really bad social anxiety :(

    The silver lining on all this being I can wipe the slate clean and start afresh for 2015 :)

    Struggles or successes of your week: 5 days in and I have logged everyday and been close to my calorie goal Turned high calorie breakfast favorite (home fries, bacon, cheese, onion, sour cream) in to not-quite-as-high calorie breakfast (half the oil for potatoes, < half the cheese, no sour cream). Still good.

    I know I'm a bit late, just starting today but I want and NEED this!!! Have been falling a bit off track since before Christmas and I feel this will be good for me and hopefully give me motivation!!     Does anyone else think it would be a good idea if we had another thread for chatting with each other and supporting each other? A thread like this to see each others' stats and progress is good but it would be nice to have another thread where we can chat about what's working, what we're struggling with, what we're eating, exercise, etc.

    I'm late too but same here... been logging steadily since 1/02/2015. Fell off the wagon after losing over 70 lbs last year and gained back 25 lbs by stressing myself out :(
