Hi all.

Im Suzi from London. I want to lose weight after having a baby.

Finding it very hard at the moment. Need support.

    Hello , never had a baby , but want to lose weight so have that in. Common I am a full time carer for my dad , also live in London .

    Hi.

    How much are you looking to lose? What things are you doing differently?

    I did lose 2 stone before falling pregnant and I use the calorie counter to help with this.
