First time doing the Paleo challenge. Goal is to tone up.

Its a really good plan that has introduced me to new foods like Kefir, Kombucha and homemade yogurt. Once you get through first month it really works. I'll try to be more strict this time round. Being a chef gives me new challenges and this plan keeps me interested!!! My biggest downfall is sugar. Once I have a chocolate bar...I am almost instantly hooked on sugar again. Got to get through this sugar madness for at least a month.
