Seconded. Pills aren't the way. Hard work and dedication are.

Nope. If you lose weight at all, it will be because of calorie deficit, not some magic pill that, as opposed to what Dr. Oz and other shills say, has actually been proven ineffective in weight loss in clinical trials (and can even be dangerous, though that's more other pills that have caffeine in them).

Protein, Creatine, BCAAs, and a multivitamin. Those are the non gimmicks out there that serve a purpose.

Send your excess money to me. You'll get the same results but I'll have more fun. Don't waste money on magic pills and other nonsense. Calorie deficit is all you need.

Can you explain what Creatine and BCAAs do and what fitness/health goals they support? I haven't heard of those and I'm thinking they are proteins related to building muscle. Oh, are BCAA, branch chained amino acids? Just guessing?

Yes Branch chained amino acids. Both BCAAs, and creatine are useful for helping maintain muscle during a cut. Especially with proper amounts of protein. The BCAAs will help your body make better use of protein, and the creatine will help keep endurance up and the muscles hydrated (assuming you're drinking proper amounts of water).

There's definitely more to it than I've said, and both are worth studying up on. Creatine doesn't work for everyone, and you need to be ready to gain about 5lbs of water weight if you plain to use it.

They'll make your bank account lighter. They're quite effective in that.

Not if you are in walking distance of GNC, you can just stop by and take a few of the chewy versions for free lol.
  • Omnitrition, Herbal Life, etc., are all SCAMS for people who want to lose weight without the hard work and discipline it takes to do so. I can say this because I fell into the trap as well. Notice with all these "diet miracles" that there is always a diet plan which restricts calorie intake? Burn more than you eat is the ONLY way. Good Luck!

The only keytones I get are from fresh raspberries I put on my old fashioned oatmeal in the morning. So good!

Save your money. Just eat at a calorie deficit and you will lose weight. :)
