I don't have any specific CI recipes but there's rarely a day that goes by that my #8 Griswold doesn't get used for something.
This is one that I do on my grill fairly often though.

Preheat a cast iron skillet or grill pan in a hot oven (425F) and cook burgers 6-8 minutes a side. Wonderful and easy! In fact, we're having cheeseburgers for supper. Put a piece of cheese inside the burger. Totally easiest way to go.0

I love cooking Veggies of all kinds in my cast iron. My favorites are cauliflower sliced about 1 inch thick, cabbage, zuc and yellow squash, and fresh green beans. I just season them with either Montreal Steak seasoning or minced garlic. Love how it puts a nice char on them.

My favorite is to season boneless chicken breast with whatever seasonings you prefer or feeling. One of my favorites in blackened seasoning. Spray with nonstick spray. Brown chicken. Remove. Add peppers, onions and mushrooms. Lightly cook. Place chicken back on top and finish in oven. Chicken is moist and delicious with the veggies on top.0
