These guys already solved this riddle:
READ THIS, it's AWESOME

Seriously, read that. At least skim it. At least until the 2nd page. It's pretty amazing.

Imagine the wailing, gnashing of teeth, and mean people threads if we were able to be a little more real with posters like at bb.com...

Or this guy who has mastered trolling:

    Hai guys.

Can you critique my new routine?

    Sun: Legs
    Mon: Chest/Tris
    Tues: Back/bis
    Wed: Shoulders
    Thurs: Legs
    Fri: Chest/Tris
    Sat: Back/bis
    Sun: Shoulders

What I like about this routine is, that I get to work out 8 days each week. But, is this overtraining??

Lol, bb.com is almost a little ridiculous... Someone asks a question because they legitimately are trying to learn and people just beraid them and call them noob

Just when you think MFP forums can't get any worse people start ripping threads from reddit.

Haha that's great. We're mean here if we tell someone they might be eating more than they think, you can tell people to jump of a bridge there - I'm moving :)
