One of my friends gave me a box of brownies and fudge! I've given the brownies to my husband (since he can eat anything and stay skinny :angry: ) and cut the fudge into 1/4's This way I can have some without breaking the bank!

When I first got the box I wanted to just give it and eat it all "one bad day won't hurt, right?" But then I thought about the B,F,S group and how I've pledged I will lost 5 pounds by Christmas in that challenge!

So thank you! You've given me the strength to stick to it! :flowerforyou:

    Way to go girl !! That is great! One of my girlfriends gave me a dark choc bar & I broke it up into 8 squares & put it in a zip lock bag in the fridge. That way I can grab just one as a treat or dip one in some Skippy natural pb for my own version of a reese pb cup !! LOL We all have willpower within us! Stay strong! You can do it !! Remember, nothing tastes as good as losing weight feels !!! :tongue:
