Hi All! so I need motivation even more, if you are 5'4'' and were quite curvy, with the belly hanging, and lost till you are happy with yourself, please share, not just for me, but for all the girls like me, :O) please, thanks !

Hi!! I am 5'4, and started at 184, currently 164...100 days on the making! I am 15 pounds away form goal! keep going, weigh loss is not a straight line! its constant change and a day by day deal!!!

I 5"4' and went from 192 to 129 (size 18 to size 6). Sometimes it's hard to believe it when I see myself, but I'm starting to be really happy with my new body. It's not easy, but it's worth it! Once you start and see results, it's very motivating!

Size 20ish to size 10ish. I've been trying to lose the last 20 lbs. for a year and a half now and struggling, but have pretty much maintained in that time.
