hi everyone, my name is Ella and I've struggled with my weight since primary school. I'm 25 now and I've had enough. I'm 5'5" and weigh 82kg with my goal of 68kg. I'm a musician and constantly on stage so I desperately want to stop feeling insecure about my body up there. I've just gone through a long term relationship breakup and gained an extra 6 kgs. This year is about refocusing on myself and my needs. I would love some buddies to help me on this road, can you help? :) - Ella
