If you're like everyone else, you don't necessarily believe that home workouts will do what they claim to do. This one did. And it will. I know. I started the summer at 217lbs. After 60 days testing this program out, I was down 40lbs. Now I'm down 51 and have no plans on stopping.

Thanks @DocMeagan !0

That's awesome. What other factors did you have in your fitness change aside from the workouts (and I guess Shakeology and whatever meal plan comes with the set)?0
-
Thanks @impromark ! That's exactly why I'm so sold on this program ... Because the only things I changed were exactly that ... The workout, Shakeology and learning how to eat better through the meal plan. Nothing else. All I had to do was commit, show up, and work out hard. Now it's a lifestyle that I've found easy to maintain!0

@ajones1227 Awesome! Stay with it! I can't vouch for the program enough! I've got an accountability group here on MFP if you wanna work out with us!0

For further reference, I'm in this teaser at the 10 second mark. Just a quick appearance but the results are real. http://youtu.be/KjasatXioTw

How were you able to add the work out results of insanity to my fitness pal?0
-
Also great job!0

Thanks Ace! I just plugged in the name of the workout and hit "create new exercise". I tracked the calories we burned during the test group so I just used those numbers. We averaged about 350 calories for every 30 minute session.0
