Losing calories: goal 600 a day; tips?

I dance tap and ballet 2 times a week, but on those days I only get 200-400 or so calories burned. Goal to lose 2 lbs a week. And I'm a student so some quick burning tips would be great!

    2 pounds a week is too aggressive for someone who only has 15 pounds to lose. 1/2 pound a week is more feasible.

    Yea^^. When I was losing, it took me like 9 months to lose 18 lbs. I started off at 138. Don't rush it :)

    Here's a tip... get enough calories to be healthy. 200-400 is going to cause long term issues if you keep at it.

    She doesn't eat 200-400 cals a day lol

    As for exercise, take a walk! Dance at home. Do whatever your heart desires. All activity will help your cardiovascular health.
