Hey,
I am trying to find more foods that I can eat that have good sources of protein and potassium. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know! Thanks
Kim

Salt substitutes are pretty much pure potassium. Use it instead of salt, which most people get too much of anyway. One fourth of a teaspoon has 20% daily value of potassium. Sprinkle it on eggs, meat, veg, etc. It's an easy way to get potassium.0

Fresh salmon is full of potassium as is beef, and most other unprocessed animal proteins.0

If you're tight on time I recommend coconut milk! I recently bought a carton of Vita Coco Cafe Lattes, and for only 140 calories it has 6g of protein and 600mg of potassium! Not too shabby for such a delicious and convenient beverage!0
